Pete Barthelme
Pete began his career more than 30 years ago and worked his way through college remodeling homes.
He became superintendent for a production builder eventually becoming division manager before starting his own business in 1997.
He has been involved in 500+ homes during career, from the 60s to the 3.5 million range.
His focus has always been on design and efficiency.
He has been awarded numerous local and regional awards in homebuilding, as well as three national honors.
Jason Bierschwale
Jason began his career 17 years ago working for a production builder.
He quickly moved on to become a project manager for a large custom builder.
He was directly responsible for numerous large projects including a nationally awarded custom town home project that had an average sales price of $750,000.
He, his wife, and three girls call Seadrift home, where his focus is on family, building and fishing.
Dalton Sontag
Dalton is an experienced superintendent with a strong background in managing both new build projects and remodels for Röhe Builders.
He is dedicated to collaborating closely with clients, ensuring their vision is realized with meticulous attention to detail. From the initial planning stages to the final walkthrough, Dalton upholds the highest standards of craftsmanship and integrity, giving clients confidence that their dream homes are in expert hands.
Beyond his work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing his passion for fishing and hunting in the scenic bays of Calhoun County.
Knute Dietze II
Knute is a Project Superintendent at Rohe Builders. Since 2017, he has been involved in numerous custom builds and remodels from the 70’s to 3 million range all along the Texas Coast.
He prides himself on his commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail; all while staying on schedule and within budget. Over the past seven years, making his clients dreams become a reality, has been the driving force in all that he does.
When he’s not at Rohe Builders or on a job site, Knute spends time with his family. Alongside his wife Sarah, and their three children; Knute III, and twins Briggs and Stella, they enjoy raising cattle at their home near the Texas Coast in Port Lavaca.
